New functionality added to Odoo

This commit introduces the functionality to generate a TXT file containing information about earnings tax withholdings applied by the company during a given period. It also includes the implementation of a corresponding tax report that summarizes the withholdings performed, providing a detailed overview for fiscal and compliance purposes.
