New functionality added to Odoo
Adds newly required 40% GST tax options to Odoo's India localization for sales and purchases. This helps Indian businesses apply the correct CGST, SGST, IGST, and export-related tax rates in their accounting workflows.

This commit adds new GST taxes under the Indian tax type.
