Features or functions removed from Odoo
IoT-related functionality is being consolidated into Odoo Enterprise, removing the separate Community-side iot_base module. This mainly affects deployments or features that depended on IoT integration, including point of sale connections to IoT devices.

As it was decided to move all IoT related code to Enterprise, this commit merges back `iot_base` into `iot`. odoo/enterprise#97288
