Resolved issues and error corrections
The default avatar for group chats is now square instead of circular. This small visual change makes discussion conversations look consistent with other channel avatars, improving the overall polish of the interface.

Was circle but UI shows discuss conversations as square most of the time. This commit makes it square like channel avatars for consistency.
