Enhancements to existing features
India-specific accounting tags now include their country information. This makes reporting and grouping by country easier and helps these tags work more consistently in related accounting use cases.
Original PR description
Some account tags specific to India were missing the `country_id`. With this PR, the `country_id` is added to those tags, enabling easier group by and making them usable for other cases also. Forward-Port-Of: odoo/odoo#235797 Forward-Port-Of: odoo/odoo#235424
