This update adds two new Unit of Measure codes – Minute (MIN) and Kilowatt hour (KWH) – to Odoo, aligning with UNECE Recommendation No. 20 for Peppol. Previously, Odoo defaulted to a generic 'Units' code, which wasn't suitable for UBL/CII electronic invoices. This change ensures broader compliance and supports localization modules that require these specific measures.

**Issue:** 2 UoM that is in the UNECE Recommendation No.20 for Peppol don't exist in Odoo: - MIN: Minute - KWH: Kilowatt hour Even if they are created manually, they are not used in the UBL/CII electronic invoices. Instead, the default code (i.e. "C62" for "Units" is used). Some localization modules create the "Kilowatt hour" UoM as they need it. This update ensures that the certificate scope field is only displayed for companies in Spain (ES). Previously, this field was visible for other localization modules, which could confuse users. This change simplifies the certificate process for Spanish businesses.

Will make it visible the scope fiel only if the company country is ES. The field will remain invisible as defined in the certificate module for other cases. This way we avoid to show this field on certificates that use other localizations that can confuse to the user. Task: [#5354476](https://www.odoo.com/odoo/project/1737/tasks/5354476) --- The Fiskaly configuration for Austrian companies has been edited: - Generating new credentials will try to authenticate right after generating them. - The *Test Fiskaly* buttons is now only visible in debug mode. - The *Generate Credentials* button won't be visible if the authentication has been successful except if the user is in debug mode. - The *Authenticate Keys* button is only available when the authentication has failed. - The *Manage by Odoo* checkbox has been removed and we force its value to True when generating new credentials. - An alert is displayed to guide the user depending on the state of the Fiskaly configuration (not authenticated, must regenerate credentials, etc).
