A key change is automatically retrieving partner information from AML records, which now correctly formats miscellaneous entries in the report. This improves data reliability and compliance.

This commit aligns the TDS XLSX report with the official TDS utility format.
Additionally, We now fetch the partner from AML record, so even miscellaneous
entries generate a correctly formatted XLSX sheet.
