Enhancements to existing features
The Point of Sale app now uses much less memory when loading large product catalogs. This improves performance and stability for retailers with thousands of products, especially in browsers that previously consumed very high memory.

This commit reduces memory consumption in the POS, especially when loading a large number of products. Reactivity usage has been optimized, particularly for product data. Additional optimizations were implemented to handle large product sets more efficiently.
