This update simplifies the calculation of long-term sick leave in the Odoo Enterprise system for Belgium. Previously, sick time was automatically converted to unpaid after 30 days. Now, validating a sick leave request directly splits the time off into paid and unpaid portions according to Belgian legal regulations, ensuring accurate payroll processing.
