Resolved issues and error corrections
The live chat chatbot completion message now includes proper punctuation at the end. This small wording fix makes the customer-facing chat experience look more polished and consistent.

This commit updates the chatbot completion message from 'This livechat conversation has ended' to 'This livechat conversation has ended.' Forward-Port-Of: odoo/odoo#252191 Forward-Port-Of: odoo/odoo#251166
Miscellaneous changes
Author was set as "odoo" (lowercase). This commit removes the author key so it fallbacks to the default one, i.e. Odoo S.A.
