Add state income tax withholding for Iowa, Georgia, Mississippi, and New Jersey. Iowa, Georgia and Mississippi are relatively straightforward and use a flat rate above certain tresholds and deductions. New Jersey is more complex and uses rate tables that must be chosen by the employee. They also require various other witholdings: SDI, FLI, SUI, ... with annual caps on how much should be contributed. task-5963020
