New functionality added to Odoo
Odoo now supports ECPay as a payment provider for businesses taking payments in Taiwan. This adds several local payment options, including cards, bank transfers, WeChat Pay, convenience store payments, mobile wallets, and TWQR, helping merchants offer more familiar checkout choices to Taiwanese customers.

This change integrates a new payment provider: ECPay for payments in Taiwan. Supported Payment methods of the provider: - card: credit/debit card - bank transfer - wechat pay - [NEW] Convenience Stores (eg. 7/11, OK Mart etc.) - [NEW] Mobile Wallet (eg. iPASS Money, Jkopay etc.) - [NEW] TWQR Note: - Tokenization and Refund is not implemented in this commit.
