Purpose

For demo purpose, it would be nice to be able to trigger the "Create Vendor Bill" action without needing OCR. So we replace some PDFs by their peppol XML equivalent in documents account, and we include the XML in the embedding of the PDFs defined in the documents module for some others.

Simplify the demo prompt by removing the text in bold.
