Features or functions removed from Odoo
This change removes the requirement to force two-factor authentication when the French PDP module is installed. It aligns the registration and configuration flow with the latest understanding that this extra security step is not required by the administration, reducing unnecessary setup friction for users.

We iniatially though the 2FA was needed by the administration. But in fact, it was not. So we will remove it.
