Danish Nemhandel electronic invoices now include the required tax category information on discount and charge lines. This helps invoices meet UBL format requirements and reduces the risk of rejected electronic invoices.
Original PR description
Add the TaxCategory node in AllowanceCharge node as it's a requirement for some UBL format. It has been spoted with Nemhandel, as it requires a single tax category in the AllowanceCharge. no-task Forward-Port-Of: odoo/odoo#270351
