Alejandro Martínez has added his signed Individual Contributor License Agreement to Odoo’s records. This clears the legal check needed for his pending Mexico localization contributions to be reviewed and merged.

Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses: Signing the Odoo Individual Contributor License Agreement v1.0. Name: Alejandro Martínez GitHub login: alexmbar Email: alexmbar891@gmail.com Country: México Current behavior before PR: I have no CLA signature on file, so my pending l10n_mx contributions (#264576, #264580, #264582, #264583) fail the legal/cla check and cannot be merged.
