Jaideep Pyne has signed the Individual Contributor License Agreement, allowing future contributions to be accepted under Odoo's legal requirements. This is an administrative prerequisite for a planned small code fix and does not change product behavior.
Original PR description
Signing the Odoo Individual Contributor License Agreement v1.0 so I can contribute. This is a prerequisite for #PR-to-follow against 19.0, a one line fix in `odoo/tools/date_utils.py` where `weeknumber` discards `first_week_day=0`. Signed as Jaideep Pyne, jaideeppyne1997@gmail.com, which is the address on my commits.
