Code cleanup and technical improvements
The Factur-X invoice export has been refactored to generate XML from structured data instead of templates. This should make future maintenance and localization updates safer while preserving existing electronic invoicing behavior.

*= account_edi_ubl_cii_tax_extension, l10n_account_edi_ubl_cii_tests. Refactoring of the export of factur-x.
