This update refreshes the salary rule parameter used for training time off in Belgian payroll. It helps payroll calculations stay aligned with the latest required threshold value.

Charts linked to Odoo menus now open the menu only when the chart itself is clicked, rather than making the entire carousel area clickable. This makes dashboard carousel interactions more predictable and also simplifies how full-screen charts handle the same menu links.

### [IMP] carousels: improve behaviour with with chart menu With this commit: - when a chart is linked to an odoo menu, only the chart is now clickable, and not the whole carousel - since now the odoo menu click is handled in the chart component (and not the figure), we don't have to do a separate patch for full screen charts Task: [5078831](https://www.odoo.com/odoo/2328/tasks/5078831) --- I confirm I have signed the CLA and read the PR guidelines at www.odoo.com/submit-pr
Invoice imports with many lines now reuse prediction work instead of repeating similar lookups for every line. This reduces waiting time during large vendor bill imports while keeping the same product and account suggestions.
Original PR description
## Before this PR _predict_product() and _predict_account() run one full-text-search query per invoice line. A bulk import with hundreds of lines triggers a lot of same queries against the same history. I tried to import an invoice with 2500 lines, it takes 5 minutes before this PR, after this PR takes 2 minutes. ## After this PR Add _predicted_fields_batch(): ranks every distinct line description against that history in one query instead of one per line, with _predict_specific_products_batch()/_predict_specific_accounts_batch() wrapping it the same way the existing single-line helpers do.
