The Navarra tax agency web service link used for Spain's SII electronic invoicing has been updated to the current working address. This helps companies continue submitting required tax information electronically without connection failures caused by the outdated endpoint.
Original PR description
The WSDL URL used for the Navarra tax agency SII web service was no longer working. It has been replaced with the updated endpoint 'ssii_1_1'. task-6457647 --- I confirm I have signed the CLA and read the PR guidelines at www.odoo.com/submit-pr Forward-Port-Of: odoo/odoo#285049
This fixes an issue in the website editor where deleting a content block could leave a link popover open and unexpectedly restore the deleted block. The editor now closes overlapping popovers correctly, helping prevent confusing editing behavior and accidental content changes.
Original PR description
When an overlay is clicked on, it prevents the propagation of the `pointerdown` event. Because of this, other overlays having `closeOnPointerDown` enabled are not informed. This commit fixes this by comparing the target of the event to each overlay. Steps to reproduce: - Edit a page in website builder - Drop a block with text - Start adding a link on the text to have the link popover opened - Delete the block that contains the text by using the overlay button => The link popover remained open and when leaving it, the block was revived. task-4367641
