Features or functions removed from Odoo
The accounting reports interface no longer applies outdated styling to the three-dot menu on kanban cards. This keeps the menu appearance consistent with the rest of Odoo now that the standard card menu layout has changed.

Before this commit, these rules pushed the ellipsis menu away from the card corner and undid its corner rounding, working around the edge-to-edge default. This commit removes them: the menu is now detached on every kanban card, so the overrides only made this view inconsistent. task-6584479 requires: https://github.com/odoo/odoo/pull/289240 Forward-Port-Of: odoo/enterprise#132201
This update removes an unused internal payroll helper that was no longer needed. It has no expected impact on payroll users, but helps keep the payroll codebase simpler and easier to maintain.
