New functionality added to Odoo
Adds Croatian e-invoicing support so businesses can generate compliant electronic invoices and exchange them through the MojEracun service. This helps Croatian companies meet local e-invoicing requirements directly from Odoo, including sending and receiving invoices on the eRacun network.

Adding e-invoice generation base functionality for Croatia. Adding UBL 2.1 compliant nodes required for Croatian e-invoice XLM generation with the old method chain. Adding connection interface for MojEracun sevice provider to send and receive invoices on the eRacun network.
