Resolved issues and error corrections
Restores the standard default profile for French electronic invoicing after a previous change selected a non-mandatory extended profile. This helps more users send and receive French invoices successfully without needing support for the extended format.
Original PR description
**PROBLEM** https://github.com/odoo/odoo/pull/281717 changed the pdp default profile to be the french extended profile. However, this profile is not mandatory, so most user can't send/receive it. This prevent user from sending french invoices. opw-6420924 Forward-Port-Of: odoo/odoo#288232
