Odoo now shows a persistent notification when the IAP service is down, making service interruptions clearer to users. This helps users understand why related actions may not work instead of assuming there is a local issue.

CRM meetings now stay connected to the correct sales opportunity when a calendar event’s linked record changes. This helps sales teams keep meeting history and opportunity activity aligned, reducing confusion and manual cleanup.
Original PR description
Synchronize the opportunity when the linked record of a calendar event is changed, so CRM meetings remain associated with the corresponding opportunity. Also update the meeting display computation to consider meetings linked through either `opportunity_id` or the calendar event's `res_model` and `res_id`. Task-6290357
