When clicking the "Quotation / Order" button in Point of Sale, the popup was opened without a title prop, causing the modal header to display "undefined".
Pass `title: _t("Quotation / order")` when instantiating the dialog in `onClickQuotation`.

**Trigger:** Running `test_onsite_employee_registration` in a community database starts in Discuss instead of enterprise's usual home menu which crashes the test on the first step. The POS customer settlement dialogs now show clear titles for invoices and orders instead of displaying “undefined” in the modal header. This removes a confusing label for users settling customer balances from the partner list and makes the workflow feel more polished.

When settling customer invoices or orders from the partner list in POS, the `CustomSelectCreateDialog` was instantiated without a `title` prop, causing the modal header to display "undefined".
Pass `title: _t("Invoices")` in `settleCustomerInvoices()` and
`title: _t("Orders")` in `settleCustomerDue()`.
