[IMP] payment, website_sale: better control of sale order confirmation from acquirer

Online store payments can now control when an order is confirmed: immediately at payment, after payment confirmation, or never automatically. This gives businesses better control over checkout workflows and also corrects an issue with bank transfer transaction status handling.
