Enhancements to existing features
This update streamlines several HR-related models and removes outdated internal logic, making HR, recruitment, leave, contract, and applicant document features easier to maintain. It also adds clearer references and a welcome broadcast method in recruitment, which should support more consistent HR workflows without major user-facing disruption.
