Customers can now manage sales documents, orders, quotations, and contracts directly from the website account area. The update also reorganizes contract management to make subscriptions and recurring contract details clearer for both customers and internal teams.

1/ account_analytic_analysis renamed to sale_contract (without changing xmlids or table names) and extensive refactoring of the contract views

This adds a new Human Resources feature to manage office equipment and materials assigned to employees. It helps the business track company assets, improve accountability, and support configuration, access control, demo data, and automated checks around equipment management.
