Enhancements to existing features
Maintenance request forms now include clear actions to cancel a request by archiving it and to reset a request back to active status at the first stage. This makes it easier for users to manage request lifecycles without manual workarounds.

Recruiters can now refuse an applicant directly and archive the application in one action. The recruitment workflow also gains a way to reset an application back to the first stage, making it easier to correct or restart hiring processes.
