Code cleanup and technical improvements
The marketing campaign CRM demo data was reorganized and migrated to the newer application framework. This helps keep demo scenarios working reliably with the current version of Odoo while reducing maintenance risk.

The HR module was reorganized and migrated to Odoo's newer internal API standards. This helps keep employee, department, job, and configuration features maintainable and compatible with the broader platform, while tests were modernized to improve future reliability.
