CRM category records now include an active status, allowing teams to hide outdated categories without deleting historical information. This helps keep CRM selection lists cleaner while preserving past records and reporting context.

This PR is linked to the PR #4154.

In master crm.case.categ doesn't exists anymore so I added the field on the 3 crm categories, for the same reason explained in the other PR.
