Enhancements to existing features
Recruitment pipeline stages can now be shared across multiple job positions, similar to CRM stages. This makes hiring workflows easier to manage consistently while still allowing job-specific stages when needed.
Original PR description
Like in CRM, stages in recruitment process are now shared accross jobs. It is still possible to have stages specific to a job using a job_id field on the stage. Various heuristics to find the default stage and stages to display have been updated accordingly.
