Enhancements to existing features
The Project tag configuration form now removes an unnecessary gap between the label and its value. This makes the form look cleaner and easier to read without changing any business process or data.

The Project Forecast app now shows the Time Scheduling setting when forecasting is installed. This makes it easier for users to configure scheduling directly in the relevant project planning screens.

Features or functions removed from Odoo
The CRM Lead Tags screens no longer show the Color Index field in list or form views. This removes an unused configuration option and keeps tag management consistent with similar areas of Odoo.

Code cleanup and technical improvements
The Portal app has been reorganized and migrated to Odoo's newer internal API format. This is mainly a technical modernization that helps keep the module compatible and easier to maintain, with no expected functional change for end users.
