Enhancements to existing features
This update revamps employee attendance so staff can check in and out through clearer menus, badges, PINs, or a kiosk-style entrance screen. It also separates timesheet sheets from attendance dependencies, making the related apps easier to manage and maintain.
Original PR description
- Migration of hr_attendance, hr_timesheet_attendance and hr_timesheet_sheet to new api.
- Revamping of hr_attendance; adaptation of hr_timesheet_attendance and hr_timesheet_sheet to the revamp. hr_timesheet_sheet now independent of hr_attendance, all dependencies moved to hr_timesheet_attendance which auto-installs when both modules are installed.

The Survey app has been separated from the Website app so surveys can be used even when Website is not installed. Website-specific survey features are moved into a dedicated website survey module, reducing unnecessary dependencies and making Survey available in more setups.
