Code cleanup and technical improvements
The Survey app has been separated from the Website app so surveys can be used even when Website is not installed. Website-specific survey features are moved into a dedicated website survey module, reducing unnecessary dependencies and making Survey available in more setups.

The HR attendance app was updated to use Odoo's newer internal framework, making it easier to maintain and improve over time. Attendance reporting and automated tests were also refreshed, helping ensure more reliable tracking and clearer attendance error reporting.

The payment app has been migrated to Odoo's newer internal API, making it easier to maintain and extend. The update also includes fixes to payment provider setup data, helping avoid configuration errors for SIPS payments.
