Resolved issues and error corrections
This update corrects how Colombian pesos and Colombian addresses appear across Odoo. Business documents and partner records should now show the peso symbol before amounts and print addresses in the expected local format.

Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses: This patchs adds position "before" to COP currency in res_currency_data.xml and address_format to res_country_data.xml. Reference: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colombian_peso Current behavior before PR: The coin are show incorrect ($ after of number). In partner display not show corrrectaly. Desired behavior after PR is merged: The coin are show correctaly in all reports. The address print correctaly in all reports and views. ## I confirm I have signed the CLA and read the PR guidelines at www.odoo.com/submit-pr - adds position before to COP currency in res_currency_data - adds address_format to Colombia in res_country_data @fpodoo
Helpdesk teams using balanced assignment will no longer encounter an error when no team members currently have open tickets. New tickets are assigned among members of the current team only, making workload distribution more reliable and accurate.
