What's done in this commit: 1/ Rename manager_id and manager_id2 into first_approver_id and second_approver_id 2/ Add a stored computed field manager_id which is updated if the employee is modified on the leave or if the parent_id is modified on the employee 3/ Modify the views to only display the real employee manager, the other values are not valuable on the views.

Form pages now keep button areas tidy by showing the most important buttons first and moving extra buttons into a More menu. This improves usability on both desktop and mobile screens, especially when many actions are available.
