[REM] odoo/report: remove deprecated stuff

This change removes old reporting technologies and legacy service hooks that were already deprecated. It simplifies Odoo’s reporting foundation by moving remaining report functionality into core base and web areas, reducing maintenance burden and reliance on outdated report formats.
