Enhancements to existing features
This update makes it easier for recruitment and project teams to configure the activity types they use to organize daily work. It also reorganizes mail-related setup data in several apps, making future maintenance simpler without changing existing behavior.

Code cleanup and technical improvements
Mail-related configuration data has been moved into dedicated files for Helpdesk, Appraisals, and Timesheets. This makes future maintenance easier and should not change how users experience these apps.
