Enhancements to existing features
This pull request moves Odoo’s web styling infrastructure from the older LESS approach to a Sass/SCSS engine. It affects many app screens and dashboards but is mainly an internal modernization that should make future interface styling easier to maintain.

When a Mexican electronic invoice fails stamping due to incorrect information, retrying now rebuilds the invoice data before resubmission. This lets users correct issues such as missing VAT details and retry directly, avoiding cancellation and revalidation workarounds.
Original PR description
When a invoice is validated, and the CFDI structure is correct, the system send to the PAC the document to try stamp. But if a value is incorrect: Ex. The VAT do not exist The PAC return the error, then if is fixed the VAT, and press Retry button, the CFDI is not regenerated, then the invoice is must be cancelled, reset2draft and resign to take the changes. Now the case does not matter when you press the Retry button the CFDI always must be regenerated.
Users can now move through the Enterprise home menu with common keyboard controls when the search box is empty. This improves accessibility and makes navigation easier for people who rely on the keyboard instead of a mouse.
Original PR description
Currently, it's not possible to navigate through the enterprise's home menu using the keyboard, because all key presses are redirected to the search text box, even when it's not being used. Those key presses include the keys `<Tab>` and `<Shift>`, which are essential when navigating using the keyboard. This change causes that, when the search text box is not being used (i.e. when it's empty) the keys `<Tab>` and `<Enter>` are not captured and invalidated. In addition, this also prevents the keys `<Shift>`, `<Ctrl>` and `<Alt>` from being invalidated, because, besides being needed, it makes no sense to redirect them to the search text box, only character keys are useful.
Resolved issues and error corrections
Users can now open the date picker by clicking anywhere in the date field area, including the arrow icon. This makes date entry more intuitive and avoids confusion when the arrow previously appeared clickable but did nothing.
