Enhancements to existing features
Odoo now lets administrators resend invitation emails to existing users who were invited but have never logged in, instead of blocking the action with an error. This makes onboarding smoother by avoiding duplicate-user issues while still warning when an email belongs to an already confirmed active user.

Employee records now include additional private information such as education level, birth details, commute distance, and emergency contacts. Some personal information previously stored on contracts is moved to the employee profile, reducing duplication and making HR data easier to manage.
