New functionality added to Odoo
This adds an alert system for subscriptions so sales teams can be notified when important conditions occur, such as late payments. It also includes default email templates and helpdesk integration, helping teams react faster to subscription risks and customer issues.

Enhancements to existing features
Expense officers can now only view and approve expenses for employees in their department or employees they manage. They also can no longer approve their own expenses, improving separation of duties and reducing approval risk.

Mass mailing users can now choose a future send date through a dedicated scheduling wizard, with clearer action buttons. The change also ensures canceled or queued mailings keep accurate schedule and sent-date information, reducing mistakes in campaign timing.

Activity cards now provide clearer guidance in kanban views with helpful tooltips and more readable timing labels. When scheduling a meeting from an activity, the meeting title is automatically filled from the related record when no summary is provided, saving users time.
