Emails that already contain links to Odoo-hosted files or images will no longer attach those same files again. This helps keep outgoing emails smaller and reduces unnecessary storage and bandwidth use for recipients.

If the user send an email with a '/web/content' or /web/image' link in
the body, the attachment are not send by email to not to increase the
size of the email unnecessarily.
