A new German DIN 5008 report layout and matching paper format were added for localized business documents. Report address placement was also standardized in headers so invoices, sales, purchase, stock, and repair documents can follow stricter mailing and formatting requirements.

Create new layout and new paperformat for din report.

Also move address field on report header instead of report body.
