Users can now send emails from predefined templates directly from activity-related chatter, without opening the full email composer. The activity display has also been refined so template choices are clearer and email options only appear when relevant.

Mass mailing emails now support responsive layouts and internal styling, improving how campaigns display across mobile devices and email clients such as Outlook. Several email snippets were adjusted for better alignment, mobile behavior, and editing options, while incoming emails still have unnecessary classes cleaned up.
