Resolved issues and error corrections
Recurring calendar events now better handle daylight saving time changes, so meetings stay at the intended local time instead of shifting by an hour. This helps users avoid scheduling confusion around seasonal time changes, especially in affected time zones such as Brussels.
Original PR description
The daylight savings time (summer/winter time) is taken into account when creating a recurrent event via calendar which causes problem in time. e.g: Whenever you create an event in Brussels timezone for ex. it goes either 1 hour prior or 1 hour after scheduled event time in case of daylight saving time(in March, October). - task: https://www.odoo.com/web?#id=30388&view_type=form&model=project.task&action=333&active_id=131&menu_id=4720 - pad: https://pad.odoo.com/p/r.9854f7950591bb761c08f5efe1bea0b4
