New functionality added to Odoo

This update reduces the number of database checks needed when loading website pages, especially around menus, permissions, and translated fields. The goal is to make pages more efficient to serve without changing what users see or how they interact with the website.

Optimise out various queries to try and make page loading faster: * don't mark fields with a callable translate function as prefetchable (the translate function pretty much always generates an additional query if not more, often despite not caring about the field's content at that point) * only check access rights when actually necessary in use read (don't fetch access rights info if we're not reading any private field) * build website menu tree in memory to avoid needing to deref each item's children and read them: can fetch & read all relevant information at once (~3 queries as there's a computed field in there) instead of 6-ish * wrap a few qcontext props in lazy proxies as they seem unnecessary for most pages Result: gain of 9 queries, no noticeable change in actual runtime * before: 32 queries, 17ms (sql), 50ms (all) * after: 23 queries, 15ms (sql), 50ms (all)
HR Officers now see a warning when a user is not linked to an employee profile, helping prevent timesheet access issues. The update also limits a permission workaround so user view access rules are less likely to show fields to the wrong people.
