Enhancements to existing features
This update improves how Odoo email templates choose senders, recipients, and languages across several business apps. It makes automated emails more consistent and easier to maintain, reducing the chance of misdirected or poorly formatted messages.

HR plans can now use the standard Todo activity type by default, so teams no longer need to create many custom activity types for each onboarding or departure step. Custom activity types remain available when needed, while plan setup and daily use are easier through improved fields and views.
Original PR description
Allow to use todo activity type by default in hr plan in order to avoid having to define a lot of unnecessary activity types. Custom activity types are still supported in plan, just not mandatory to create new one for each step. Linked to task 1923387 .
IoT devices now show whether they have been reachable within the last five minutes. This helps users quickly spot disconnected or inactive devices directly from the device overview.

Add status if the device has been reach in the past 5 minutes
This commit add a field alive_flag for record status of device.
We display in the kanban iot.device the value of alive_flag
And we update alive_flag when we receive dict of device
