The empty test_pylint module has been removed because it no longer provides any functionality. This is a small cleanup that reduces unnecessary files and helps keep the codebase easier to maintain.

This update removes code in the stock module that was no longer being used. It helps keep the system easier to maintain without changing day-to-day user workflows.
