Resolved issues and error corrections
This fixes an installation problem when using demo data with the India sales localization module. Demo records are now loaded as demo data instead of regular data, helping test or trial databases install correctly without affecting normal business use.

This fixes a test setup issue in the point of sale IoT scale workflow that could interfere with other automated checks. By isolating the scale test behavior, future changes can be validated more reliably without unintended side effects.
Original PR description
Before this, in the pos_scale js tour, `DeviceProxy` was overriden, which causes issues when other tests use the class. Instead now we extend DeviceProxy and replace the scale in `posmodel.iot_device_proxies` with an instance of that new class.
